Radeon VII bottleneck?

It shouldn't.  The best thing to do for games like this giving performance issues is turn down from 1440p to 1080p.  If it cant be smooth at 1080p then throw the game away and prune it from your drive cuz its a POS game.

Yes my friend.  Your setup is optimal.  Its not from your end.  I remember back 21 years ago when Unreal came out.  It performed well on any system.. Be it a 450Mhz p2b with a voodoo or matrox card or a P3 eventually.  All engines are not built equal.  They try to throw in lots of eye candy and that destroys the performance of the game.  Unreal Engine and couple other engies are optimized.  Sometimes devs like giving all the eye candy and they don't even think about what FPS were gonna get.

Could also just be like AC games. Shit fps no matter what, still not pretty game.
