this is my idea，plz tell me where i need to change？

I'm a gamer,and also a youtuber,so I need 2700x instead of 9700k.

Gigabyte RTX2080 windforce is the cheapest RTX2080 graphics，I know it's not very well, but it's rtx2080, isn't it？

The monitor may not be the best，but it's functional and cheap.

memory，cpu cooler and case， well，more RGB，more POWER！！！   RGB，YES！！！

 

So this is my option，should i change something?

I thought about it for days and i still don't know how to choose

Is it the best choice？I really hope you guys can help me

I have a ssd hard drive with win10, so I don't need to buy a new one.

Have you considered the 8700k? It would also need to have a different MOBO.

It would be more economical if you didnt want rgb

remember to oc the cpu and memory and gpu to get a good increase in performance

not really your budget was big enough so I included it 

you can save the money and get something else if you want

well you can decide what you want to spend the money on 

rgb strip

new desk 

a disco ball

the extra 16gs of ram will fill up the rams slots making it look a little better as well as giving a performance upgrade

Case : atx case

Motherboard : MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon-ac

Cpu : Ryzen R5 2600 (even as a youtuber there's no need for a 2700 so a 2700x isn't a need it's a want. I've been doing rendering vids, 3d graphics of engineering samples on a 2600 and it works fine.)

Corsair Vengeance Pro ddr4 3200mhz 16gb or Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000mhz cl15 16gb - (I always go for faster cas latency to get better performance) 

RTX 2080 8gb - the WF is an excellent choice cheap, triple fans and not too ugly. 

PSU overkill I think 850w is too much try to input your build into pcpp to see your power draw then add a extra 50w that should be enough

 Try going for 1440p 100++ hrtz monitor and if you can try going down to pc shops to try out the keyboard and mice on display. 

But I recommend the EVGA Torq X10  carbon you can program the thumb keys to open programs.
