M.2 SSD fail

So I got my Samsung 970 Evo plus nvme m.2 SSD drive installed got it to show up on the computer in my drives but I cannot get it set up as my boot drive in the bios and it will not let me download Windows to it grrrr !?

Followed step by step by several different people that show how to do it on YouTube but nothing works for me what am I doing wrong?

What methods have you tried? An almost foolproof way is to backup any important data, completely wipe your current boot drive, disconnect everything but your new m.2 ssd, and install windows on that. You may not need to completely wipe your current boot drive, but sometimes windows will still boot off of old boot drives when they aren't wiped.

well yea i've just unplugged all other drives then tried to go in disable csm then reboot try to install windows to that drive and it just wont do it 

in all the walk through's ive fallowed all the steps the best i could and i get nothing they say thats the only drive that should show up when you do it  but for some reason i get a bunch of other crap that shows up wont let me install windows to the m.2 so i just had to plug everything back in and put everything back ... i can use the drive transfer files to and from it and all but i cant install it as boot drive :( 

 

no idea ? i need a mentor they can show me how to do all the stuff and hold my hand lol
