Your AIO by default is not controlled by your motherboard assuming you connect the fans to the headers connected to the cold plate. The 2-pin" lead you connect to the motherboard's fan header is simply a tachometer (I believe for the pump) and a means to prevent your motherboard complaining that the CPU fan isn't working. The only thing to do in the BIOS is ensure you have the motherboard fan set to PWM (if you connect to the CPU fan port, it should be PWM by default).

 

If you want to control your H115i, use Corsair's ICUE software to change the fan profiles, view statistics, update firmware etc.
