Concerns?

I had an old rig with an i5 4690 and a r9 280 nitro 3gb and I recently upgraded to a ryzen 2600 and a gtx 1080 8gb and I didn’t wipe my ssd, does that impact the performance of my rig while gaming?

no, the SSD doesn't have anything to do with performance

It should be fine, if you do experience trouble or conflicting software, do a fresh install

It's not bad to wipe out old drivers if they're still present on the system, but otherwise you should be just fine.
