Yes. It means the overclock is unstable. You need to stress test overclocks with multiple programs.

EDIT: I always tell people this but they never listen. You need to stress your stuff out, playing a game etc is not a stress test.

Yes

That's a symptom of low voltage, high temperature or the card hitting the power limit

Some cards will perform great in benchmarks or tests and fail after some minutes of gaming

btw that screenshot just shows CPU benchmarking tools

ASUS X470-PRO • R7 1700 4GHz • Corsair H110i GT P/P • 2x MSI RX 480 8G • Corsair DP 2x8 @3466 • EVGA 750 G2 • Corsair 730T • Crucial MX500 250GB • WD 4TB

It's just an example, I agree thats why if you actually read what I said you wouldn't be nit picking.

Oh I see. Next time if you read the source of what you're basing your opinion on it will make more sense.

Take it easy mate, he's not attacking anyone! We're all friends here.

How about we help him by giving him programs to use:

CPU testing and benchmarking:

Intel extreme tuning utility

CPU-Z

Cinebench

GPU testing and benchmarking:

MSI Afterburner with Kombustor

Unigine Heaven Benchmark

I use IBT and X246 for CPU then Kombustor and Heaven and valley. And yes we're all friends, but I don't see the point in repeating what i've said as a point to get at what i'm saying. ITU is really easy to pass in my previous experience and on overclock.net they say similar. so I tend not to recommend it myself. I haven't trusted prime since it overheated some systems many years ago, my I don't remember the exact reasons etc but it wasn't recommended until they patched it.
