How should i set up fans in my case?

So I have a corsair carbide spec alfa (it has got 3 fans pre-installed, 2 intake in the front and one exaust in the back) I am thinking of adding more fans to the system, but i don't know how to set them up.

when I was building the system I found out that unfortunately my cooler (bequiet! pure rock slim) had to be mounted horizontaly in the motherboard (cpu fan in the facing the gpu)(it is pushing air upwards). The case has 4 extra slots for fans, 1 near the power suplly, 2 in the top and 1 extra in the front. the problem is that owing to the mounting mechanism of the cpu cooler i don't really know how to set the fans up. I am thinking about one by the side of the power supply as intake, and one (intake) in front but i do not know how i should insert the top two fans (intake or exaust).

if you add 2 more intakes, make the 2 top exhaust

Ok. But aren't the exaust fans going to air starve the cpu fan? Sorry for taking so long answering.
