Solid CPU light, no post or RGB on MB

Shut down my desktop computer for the night, working fine, nothing touched the computer over night, in the morning it doesn't post. The MB has a solid CPU light and the RGB on is not turning on. Bit confused how this happened as it was fine before it shut down and its been running for just over a year.

MB: Gigabyte H270 - Gaming 3

CPU: Intel Core i5 7500

Ram: Corsair (2x8gb) DDR4 2400MHz

GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 1060 ROG Strix Gaming OC 6gb

Do you have a replacement PSU on hand for testing?

All the fans are spinning up, I don't have another psu
