First gaming PC recommendations

I have a budget of around 1000$-1500$ CAD, preferably after taxes and I don't really have an idea on what to buy. I want to play games like League of Legends, The Division, and Apex Legends and I would preferably want the Ryzen 2600 as it comes with a free copy of the Division. I think 16GB of RAM is good for me but there are so many choices of RAM and I don't know which ones are good or bad so help with that will be appreciated. Storage wise, I think 500 gb of SSD and 1 TB of HDD would be fine for me. I don't really have a preference with anything else and any recommendations or help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
