are my vcore values bad??

my pc shuts down under load. vcore min 0.588 max 1.104. I put it under load with occt to see if my psu failing. Bought an rx 570 and my pc started crashing.

If your PC keeps crashing and you suspect PSU, post what PSU you have. Can't go much further without this.

Zalman zm-700lx. Its 4 years old. I'm running an i5 4590

My 1050 ti ran fine. So its either my psu or my gpu right?

Yeah, PSU or GPU. Zalman ZM-700LX shouldn't really cause problems, so maybe try deleting the drivers with DDU, reinstalling them and testing again.

i tried reinstalling windows and drivers but it didnt work. ive also tried putting my gpu into another slot

Well in this case it'd be good if you could borrow a PSU from a friend to see if it doesn't crash with it.
