Whine?

I just setup my aorus master z390 and my psy corsair rm850x and evga rtx 2080 gi and i tried to play some games pubg and etc. and i can hear some whine not sure if its coming from gpu or psu? Like when i go over 100 fps i hear it louder. All my setup is new. Im worried
