cant overclock ram

I can overclock everything apart from the ram, i've reset and flashed the bios with an older version still nothing.

I assume you've done the standard "give it more voltage and up the memory controller voltage slightly as well" standard thing. 

 

It won't even do say 3000MHz?

@Jurrunio @Snipergod87 No DOCP setting its a gigabyte board,  last time I overclocked it to 2933 stock timing 15-15-15-35 and it was stable I can't remember how I did it but it worked. And a week later all my overclocks reset.

i tried to change the frequency of the 2933 ram overclock i made and it would just boot at 2400

gave it more voltage same problem but the overclock profile i saved would boot at 2400 if i changed it from 2933 no matter how high or low i set it, only time it worked was when i applied the profile saved and exit without changing anything.

Got it to work somehow set it to 2933 and bsod after chrome restored, it was stable at 2933 going to run memtest86 at stock settings
