Playing FFXV with 3-4fps

Hey guys,

I have a big problem with my fps when playing Final Fantasy xv. Usually when I game fps is not a problem (I mostly play Blade and Soul) but Final Fantasy is a nightmare to play now :c. 

Does anyone have tips or know the reason that ffxv is playing so badly on my computer?

 

(The high quality cutscenes play without problems btw)

 

I have the AMD Radeon HD 6900 series graphic card, is this too old for the final fantasy game?
