Okay so I am not expecting AAA titles buster which supports 4K. I will play only esports titles and sometimes Fortnite/Apex (Not the Utmost necessary genre).

Also I want to stream it at 720p with the actual game also at 720p I guess.

As long as it's "fairly" decent and not really sloppy or choppy I am good.

What are the minimum resources I need?

CPU

GPU

RAM

Etc.

And it should be a Laptop. Because I have to travel a lot.

Minimum would be something like a 2400G and RX 570, and 8GB of RAM, that's because of APEX, if you were only streaming or playing CSGO you can go lower than that.

He said 720p, but I guess with that specs it's hard to find, easier is  1080p

Plus that would cost like 1000€

And also he didn't say that he will play on max settings

yeah but you would still need a 2400G for a decent stream even at 720P, and as for the RX 570 he can drop down to the RX 560 if he wants.

and that's a 500$ system not 1000$.
