So i know this is the dreaded forum, no one likes to respond to but i need help. I've tried google, and I've tried local people. i have a thermaltake h18 case, with a b350m mother board, ryzen 3 2200g, msi gtx 970 graphics card, 8gb ram, and i forget the rest. i have a windows build and its my first time with computers, the computer came as is and im planning on adding to it. but it crashes and doesnt seem to handle games and things like it should. im running most on low.... and it still crashes or blue screen, ive reapplied thermal paste, and cleaned the cpu and heatsync with 95% acl. i cleaned the fins and i checked all my connections ive done a scan and a full reset. i just dont know what im missing, ive tried to watch the temps when im gaming and they say around 45c for my mother board average and my graphics card will run any where from 40c to 55c, and some games are space engieers,  farming sim, wreckfest, etc

Not when you start your post like this. People will tend to steer away. I suggest you be a bit less pessimistic about a forum before you make these comments.

We have a pretty good community and your question will be answered  when a member that can help you, responds.

Questions

Are you using reference cooler?

Did you try to check motherboard bios

It could also be the gtx 970
