So basically recently upgraded my pc but I've noticed alot of texture pop in in my games.Even in games like New Vegas it happens. I'm still quite new to pc stuff and this problem is confusing me, I've messed with updating my GPU drivers and settings to no fix , any help is much appreciated.
Specs are as follows: I5-8400
Rx 580 8gb
16Gb ddr4 ram 2400mhz
SATA HDD 1TB

My best guess would be the HDD... what speed (RPM) is it?

Screwdriver specs: Long, pointy. Turns things. Some kind of metal.

Some games even on SSDs have texture pop-ins. Do all your games have this issue or only some of them?
