So I am current attending school, I have seen low power PC around the campus that remotes to a sever and like streams the OS from a hypervisor, I do not know what it is called but I would like to learn more about it and google is not much help to help me find what im trying to leard.

As an FYI for the future, those "low power PC's" are called either a Zero Client (direct connection to the server with NO local resources) or a Thin Client (very little local resources but has some storage to make connections a little more snappy and after being retired, can be used for low-end HTPC's in most cases)

Yup and there's even one from HP
