Crackling Audio in Apex Legends

While playing Apex Legends I occasionally get into a game where my audio is crackling as well as my voice sounds crackly to other people. One it starts it typically wont stop until I close the game and re open it.

I get complaints of my audio over modulating to others in team comms. Game audio is fine. I'm using a focusrite interface with a good mic that sounds fine on every other game. This happens even with my raw input and gain at very low settings.

I don't mean in game voice, When my game audio starts crackling my friends say that in discord I sounds crackly as well

what audio device are you using?

i have a sades headset and fifine mic

its the game causing it...ive seen it happen to so many people that ive played with...

But it was also happening in CS:GO, I've realized that when it start happening my RAM hits like 80+% usage

Had this issue, badly cracking when game loaded etc. Downloaded recommended audio drivers for my laptop = issue solved.
