Redeeming Included Deals

I recently purchased an Acer Nitro 5 and it said that it comes with 2000 V-Bucks and the Geforce bundle (I think). I was wondering if anybody knew if I was supposed to have a code or something like that, just since I have no idea how to redeem that at all. Ideas?

Usually if redeem codes aren't inside the box, store sends them to your email later.

Should it be in the box? I already contacted support and they were clueless. Both Acer and NVidia.

Yes it does. I bought it from best buy and right there it said that it was included.
