I am building a handbrake for my racing wheel, and I need to solder a wire to a switch thats coming tommorrow, and i want to know what pins to solder as i am clueless for what to do. It can be any key just tell me what key i would be doing by soldering it with the pins you give me. It would help alot if you suggest something.

When you took apart the keyboard, there should've been some plastic overlays with contacts on them. Figure out the position of which button you want to use, then trace it back to the pin.

yes there was. I was following a video for making the handbrake and he used two wires for two different pins for one key?

just thought, is there any way i can test which key is which pin?

I guess you can partially assemble the keyboard without putting the top (key part) shell. Then press down a receptor (where a certain key usually would be) and see if types the correct key on notepad?
