40 fps lower??

Today I launched rainbow six siege on max settings as I usually do with r9 380x {1100,1600 mhz} and i5 750 4 ghz and i get below 60 fps I get around 40-50, maybe it's because of my gpu and I don't know how to solve it

go on afterburner, monitor cpu + gpu usage + temps. mabye a fan died and its throttling hard.

and now i found out my cpu has 2 cores instead of 4 wtf

I knew you had 4 core cpu,, I was wanting to know which 4 core CPU is showing 2 cores now!  Sorry for confusion.

it didnt work, i tried in device manager to uninstall like procesor but not worked idk what to do that usually worked

I fixed it and i got my 2 cores back, and what about gpu why do i have 40 fps lower?
