Windows not recognizing network

My internet went down, and windows gave me a prompt that asked me if I wanted to "change networks" or something. I stupidly clicked yes, and my computer connected to "Network 2" instead of my named home internet. Now the rest of my devices can get to the internet on my home network, but not my pc.

 

I've tried reseting my network, and I deleted "Network 2" which only resulted in me being connected to "Network". I also tried resetting the router and modem, to no effect.
