Is there a wake function in the monitor settings?  Could also be a driver issue with GPU.

I have a DIY pc and it gives output in the form of a displayport cable. The monitor only receives the output when the pc is booted up earlier than the monitor, otherwise it won't work.
Does anyone know what the problem is?
