Arctic cooler throws out a new cooler, sadly it looks normal

So this is the new cooler, it comes in the A11 and i11 configs, they are the same but one is amd and one is intel. It has three 6mm heatpipes which are direct contact and a pwm fan(92mm) which ranges from 500 to 2000rpm. It comes with mx4. It comes to the market that the price of 19.90euros,(20euros is a rip off). Anyways im not sure if i care about this cooler and the evo 212 looks laughs at this. This cooler also supports socket 2011 but it would be stupid to use this on that.

Is it just me or should Arctic cooler come up with a better design.

Hyper 212 Evo is just one of the best CPU coolers for the price.

10 heatpipes which are all 12mm or get out. hell the whole cooler should just be a heatpipe
