internet not working

My wifi adapter wasnt working and after trying everything, i tried the network reset in windows settings. now my ethernet dosent work either, and both have yellow triangles in device manager. pls help

Ah crap, Im so sorry you have to go through this.  There is nothing as bad as losing your net connection.  Try to uninstall the ethernet then reboot.  Once your back up see if it still has a yellow triangle.  If it does then I recommend getting the driver from your motherboard company and I believe that should do it for you.  Keep us updated and good luck.

In the properties of your ethernet adapter, what does it say under "Device Status"?

Sounds like the network drivers are corrupted.  Download the latest drivers from the manufacturer, disable any antivirus you have and reinstall the drivers.

If you aren't sure which drivers to get, check the Hardware IDs under the "Details" tab in Device manager and search for the VEN_####&DEV_#### numbers.
