Multi Card Reader with USB 3.1 Header Cable?

I'm looking to expand my storage reading capabilities on my new computer with an Asus X470-F motherboard. I have already used the USB 3.0 header, but still have the USB 3.1 header left. Does anybody know of an internal multi card reader that can take advantage of this header and save me from having to install a PCIE card with an additional 3.0 header...?

would just using an external USB card reader work?

also, they appareantly make a variety of solutions  to make usb 3.1 headers actually useful in 2019:

I've actually looked at both of these: If you look at the reviews, they're shaky at best; specifically with my mobo
