Which case fan?

Getting a Meshify C TG White, what case fans? Might put a 280mm rad in the future, Don't want to overspend, but if its really worth it, I will. Currently, planning on getting the Venturi HP-14s.

 

Have some cash on Amazon, so Amazon only, other reccommendations welcome. Not against RGB, just all of them are expensive. If you find a RGB fan, that still has the performance of these, please comment.

Other fan recs welcome, PWM please. Looking for a ~1500RPM fan, +- 250.

 

Feel free to ask any questions. System will be my new main rig, i5-8400 + cryorig M9 Plus + RX 570, like in my sig.

 

BTW: Please don't recommend a crazy expensive fan, I don't have a unlimited amount of money. No max budget, but if spending 5$ more only increase noise:perf by 1%, then no thanks. However, if 5$ increases warranty by 2y, sleeve bearing to FDB, and 2x the MTBF, then sure, I will spend the extra 5$.

Fractal Design - HP-14 PWM (1500RPM, 78.09 CFM, 1.94mm H2O) - $18

ARCTIC - BioniX F140 White (1800RPM, 104 CFM) - $15

Phanteks - PH-F140MP (1600RPM, 68.1 CFM, 1.62mm H2O) $22.50

I have used Arctic fans in the past and for the price they are pleasantly good, since they are white I think it will look good in your white case. No ML's in your list?

Personally, me and my friends all use Noctua, not once have we had a bad fan.

I didn't include ML140s for 2 reasons, 1, they are 2000RPM, which I am never going to use. Also, the noctua a14 at 2000RPM (the iPPC) has 10 more CFM at the same RPM (2000 vs 2000), and has a full 1mm extra static pressure.

Also, I've had bad experiances with SP120s and SP140s, so I'm going to pass on Corsair.

I just switched from sp120s to ll120s and found that the new fans seem much better, I'm not impressed with the sp120s.

Agreed, no need for fans to hit 2000RPM however I still prefer Corsair ML fans to Noctua NF's for quietness and they are very well optimized for a perfect balance between static pressure and airflow. And they come in LED or RGB (if that is your thing), that being said they are expensive.

 

Ultimately at the end of the day, this is only my opinion, get what you want the most, but if I had to choose from your list I would get the Arctic fans.

 

EDIT: Worth mentioning that I did not like the Corsair SP and AF fans I had a few years back, but the ML's are a whole different league. Mine already are nearly 1.5 to 2 years old and going strong. And I own a system fully equipped with Noctua NF fans so my objectiveness isn't purely obscure, I have experience with both fans.
