Ok so what cheap psu that can support a power hungry graphics card would you recommend?

there is a psu tier list down my signature, tier c+

Hello everyone, I was wondering if you guys had any advice. Lately, I’ve been taking apart old junk PCs and piecing them together into a "gaming" pc. At the moment, I have a graphics card that I can’t use (MSI Radeon R9 380) because my power supply doesn’t have pcie connectors or even enough power to supply the card. I’ve got my eye on a Cooler Master Elite Power 460-watt thats up on Craigslist near me. If I get that and install it I know my cpu will most likely bottleneck. (It’s an AMD Athlon II X4 650 3.2GHz) What is the best upgrade that I can do for the cheapest price?

Here's my full system specs.

  •
  • CPU
    AMD Athlon II X4 650
  • Motherboard
    N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX (Alvorix)
  • RAM
    8GB DDR3
  • GPU
    MSI Radeon R9 380 Gaming 4G
  • Case
    Some crap hp thing
  • Storage
HGST 500GB 2.5 inch SATA Drive (pulled from a PS4)
  • PSU
HiPro 300-watt (got my eye on a cooler master elite power 460- watt)
  • Display(s)
    Samsung 32inch LED TV
  • Cooling
Foxconn fan and a junk stock heatsink
  • Keyboard
    Older Mac wired keyboard
  • Mouse
    Logitech wireless
  • Sound
A cheap usb speaker, plus some really sweet Corsair HS60 Surround Headphones
  • Operating System
    Windows 7 64-bit

I got a ps5 and a pc pretty ballin

Ok, I didn’t realize that cooler master was so bad. So a Corsair TX650 would be better then?

cooler master isn't that bad

the elite series is.

tx would be MUCH better, but officially eol, so i wouldn't use it either
