Latitude E5530 Screen Upgrade?

I've been impressed with my Dell Latitude E5530, upgraded to 8GB ram, a 750GB HDD, and Ubuntu 18.04. At some point I will change the current i5 3210M proc for an i7 3720QM, I really want those 4 cores. But I was wondering if the screen could be replaced with an LED one. Currently it has a 1366x768 LCD screen. And I don't know if I'm able to swap that out with a 1080p screen or at least a 1366x768 LED. I've heard it is doable as long as the connector is the same as the socket but I'd like to hear from someone who would know this better.

Its possible, but you need to dive deep into ebay and other sites selling replacement part in order to find compatible screen. Considering age of that laptop, LED is out of question. But you may find 1080p one if it had 1080p screen versions sold, or if they used same panel design across multiple devices.
