Cool idea..

 

Just keep building it and you'll find out..If anything you might need a couple more leggos..

ITX motherboards are 170mm x 170mm. Yes, It'd fit with ~40mm to spare.

Regarding the GPU's height, no, it won't fit. Your gap is ~100mm while the rear-io of PCI-e cards are ~167mm tall.
