What cpu should I go for?

What cpu should I get for :

Emulation 

E - sports games etc (Smite, Overwatch, Fortnight, Pub-G, World of Tanks, Dynasty Warriors 9)

Internet, YouTube, Netflix, Crunchyroll, HBO Go

Monitor :LG 32 inch 1440p 75hrtz ultra-wide 

Note : please specify the gpu model if needed
