So yesterday after returning home my phone was at 0% i put it to charge and wake up 7 hrs later and my phone is burning hot.(note i used the same charger i always use and i always have my phone charge overnight with no problems)  i unplug it and after it cools down everything seems to be working normally, but i noticed that whatever my phone was displaying at the time i could barely see a very dim image of the alarm clock snooze button ( and the rest of the window that opens up when an alarm rings) . Yes there were alarms set to ring which i missed . When taking screenshots the alarm image doesn't show up but stays stationary in the center which makes me think its purely physical and not something wrong with the software ( could be wrong). Any ideas what that is, how it happened , how can i fix it and prevent it from happening again?

I would send the phone to warranty then, heat damages the battery, and ips shouldn't burn in. It seems you experienced a failure.

I only see your reply if you @ me.
