GPU 80c

i finished building my pc and i was running heaven benchmark for 3-4 mins and GPU was at 80c.

is this normal? im using RTX 2060 FE

80 is not ideal, but not too bad. if you're worried download something like msi afterburner and set a custom fan curve

Case have decent airflow? May just have to make a better profile.

im not that worried, just asking if its normal. by hot i meant the weather here

Well it’s normal. The profiles are always make to have less noise over better performance/temps.

as said by @Mick Naughty it's meant that way on fe cards. but there's nothing wrong with manually tuning it to make it a bit louder, but cooler

was playing some BF V and GPU hit its temp limit around 83c and was bouncing from 83 to 82 cuz of it lowering clock speed?

CPU (Ryzen 5 2600) was also hittin around 88c. dont know what to do

i just updated MSI afterburner to beta version and i was monitoring fan speeds and they were at 60% on 80c.

So turn up the fan speed? Not really sure what the problem is. If you want better temps, you need more fan speed. isn't much else too it.

Should be under the settings in MSI afterburner, Fan monitoring. To turn it on it will depend on your skin theme. Should be something like a gear or something on the fan speed slider.

and well, yeah, fan curve. turn that sucker up to mach 5
