My PC is randomly disconnecting from the internet for 5-10 seconds at a time. I've checked for packet loss and cmd continuously pinged Google and my local gateway. I've also tried disabling the powered saving settings in my device manager, and I'm still having the issue. Any thoughts?

Wi-Fi or Ethernet? If Ethernet i would try a new cable, also try reinstalling your internet drivers (make sure to download them before uninstalling them)
