Help needed with Motherboard sizes

Can a micro atx fit in a atx case? I have the dell precision t5400 and am looking to put a ASRock B360M-HDV into it. Will this work?

For most consumer cases you would be fine. But being dell and that system not using a conventional motherboard, I'm not sure if that case would have proprietary standoff locations or not.

Micro-ATX will fit in an ATX case. However I don't know if that dell chassis has proprietary mounting holes. Googles being kind of uncooperative.

As people before me have said, yes, a Micro ATX motherboard will fit in an ATX case.
However, as for if an ASRock B360M-HDV will fit into a Dell Precision T5400, I can't answer that, as the motherboard may a custom form factor that doesn't quite work with ATX and Micro ATX motherboards.
