Help uninstalling a key logger program?

I have a key logger program I installed because I wanted to see what my cousin was doing on my computer, but now it glitched out and it's stuck on my computer. There is not a uninstall option in the control panel for this program. The uninstall option is actually on the program itself when you pull it up, but because it's glitched out it won't let me pull it up.

Right now I have it disabled in my startup options because every time I turn on the computer it tries to start and pulls up an error. 

I have a Windows 10 Pro, and the key logger is called Best Free Key Logger.
In my startup option it reads as syscrs.

Go to settings -> system -> storage 

find the program and uninstall it if your PC finds it

I know it't bit old post. but anyone in same problem can use best free keylogger "Uninstaller" that is mention on the owner website
