I currently have the hyperx fury black 2x4gb 2133mhz in my system (3000mhz oc) should i upgrade with 8 or 16 or should i replace those with 2x8gb 3000+mhz?

i currently have ryzen so ram speeds matter quite a bit for me. I am editing videos and playing games at 4k primarily.

Help would be appreciated! :)

If you have unused slots, add to what you have already. The sweet spot for Ryzen from what I recall is DDR4-3200, so being at DDR4-3000 won't be an appreciable performance loss.

So it wont greatly impact performance when editing or playing games when using mismatched sticks?

No. There's no benefit to matching capacity for both dual-channel banks.
