PayPal Transaction

I am having trouble understanding the point of this transaction. So as stated on the bank account

credit card/PAYPAL *TheirName San Jose CA +$200

then

credit card withdrawl/Chase TheirName -$100

So is the deposit made from another bank account or credit card? As the money came from some source other than a PayPal balance

Just keeping this here as a backup i have ad this happen with capital one. i had 8$00 deposited then they took it out the next day. don't know if that's your situation but basically a system error gave me money...
