origin for pc WONT OPEN HELP

so i want to download apex legends. i click on origin. nothing happens. waits for 10 mins nothing happens. im getting really fricking angry and full of rage right now. i cant click on it. its just in the background of taskmanager

Kill it in Task Manager and try running it as an administrator(right click, open as admin in the dropdown menu).

In the background? Can you see it in the taskbar (or whatever is called the section with many icons at the bottom right)?
