Case Fan Control

Hello people of the forms, 

 

I installed a case fan onto my PC today and I can't figure out how to control the speed. I've already tried and my bios won't let me and speedfan doesn't work for me. Any tips?

What fan, which mainboard and where did you plug it into?

It's an Intel stock fan I had, the motherboard is a DP55WB,and I plugged it into the rear fan slot
