no. You can't put a big enough VRM on an ITX board to power an FX 8 core properly.

Are there any options for an itx motherboard that can take an FX 8350??

Not to my knowledge.
There was never an effort to do that.

The Problems are the 2 Chip Chipset. Well, there were some nVidia Single Chip Chipsets but they were on their way out.

And AM3+ was never popular, so there aren't many options anyway.

IIRC there might have been some decent µATX Boards but that's as small as you can go.

Sorry, but it doesn't exist. Not that it wasn't possible, it was just not popular at the time.

Sorry but that's just bullshit...

Because there are Boards that support high TDP CPUs that are ITX.

Asrock has something for X99, 299 and even the high power i9-9900K - wich is no better than the AMD FX in terms of power consumption.

And also those look pretty nice:

The Problem is that ITX wasn't popular when AM3+ came out.

ITX just became popular in the recent years - when AM3 was positioned against 22nm Intel CPUs...

So the earliest, decent, ITX Boards you can find in bigger numbers were for Haswell and, obviously, FM2(+).
