Yes it will but at full load you will experience system freezes or reduced performance, so dont recommend using it. Unless it's a really good quality PSU. You will almost never be using up the full TDP of all parts at once.

yes, though why are you running supply to your PSU at 240v? that just seems like a bad idea.

Depends really, what PSU is it ? And provide rest of the specs of your PC.
