120hz screen upgrade for Acer Helios 300

Hi guys, first post asking for help here.

 

So, i saw this video and wanted to upgrade the upgrade the screen of my brother's Helios 300 (since he spilled water on it and made the display green somehow).

 

The laptop's panel SN is B156HAN06.1

I found this on Amazon and wondered if it will work with the laptop: https://www.amazon.co.uk/AN515-51-5048-N156HHE-Laptop-Display-1920×1080/dp/B07DRMJ8TC

I asked the seller but they didn't know, so i wanted to know if anyone here knows.

Maybe find out if the screen is broken or if its maybe the gpu or another component thats not acting correctly before you invest into a display

I forgot to mention, he went to a technician and he told him that the gpu is fine and only the display is broken.
