ATM i have Corsair H80i v2 as exhaust (in the back), and 2 front coolers that came with the case.

Does my H80i function as a case overall exhaust or just CPU's?

Do i need to buy another cooler? A 140mm top cooler perhaps?

Cooling depends on what specific CPU you're using and if you're overclocking. I'm assuming you're using the 7740x. The cooler should be enough. As long as you're staying below 80C, you're totally safe. Anything above and I'd start becoming nervous (although no damage would occur).

The H80 would work as an overall exhaust; however, it wouldn't be the best.

What temps do you have while playing games? Like I said above, as long as you're not hitting 80+, you're totally good. Even if you are, you're still probably fine.

If you're looking for an upgrade regardless, I'd always recommend a cooler like the Dark Rock Pro 4 or the Noctua D15 over any 140 or 120mm AIO. They perform comparably to 240/280mm radiators and have a lower chance of  failure (and generally run cheaper).

Edit: I'd never recommend somebody to use a 120 / 140mm radiator; however, he already hase one and there's no problem unless he's hitting high temperatures.

Tested on GTA V on 1080p/Max settings and the GPU avg temps seems to be 78C and CPU varies between 68C and 78C (not going 80C or over even in the 1%). I'm not overclocking anything BTW.

Still thinking about a exhaust 120mm or 140mm top fan just to don't let all the exhaust work to the H80i, what do you guys think? Any recommendation?

You totally can if you want - it may help your temperatures a degree or two.

If you want to choose a fan, you can look through the "fan comparison" link in my signature.

Here are a couple fans compared:

Quote

For minimum noise and alright airflow (list in order from highest airflow to lowest):

Fractal Design - X2 GP-14 (White) 68.4 CFM @18.9 dBa

NoiseBlocker - NB-eLoop B14-2 64.3 CFM @ 16.9 dBa

be quiet! - SilentWings 3 pwm 59.5 CFM @ 15.5 dBa

Noctua - NF-P14s redux-900 49.3 CFM @ 13.2 dBa

NoiseBlocker - NB-BlackSilentFan XK-1 35.3 CFM @ 13dBa

I haven't used the FD's fan, so I'm hesitant to put it on (but the info about it says I should).

All of them are great - it's basically how much airflow you want and which one you like the look of the best.

Right now you have positive pressure (more intake than exhaust and your exhaust is slightly encumbered) adding a 140mm fan up top will more balance out and create a Neutral pressure environment.  These tend to "leave" hotspots in your case if there are areas in your case that get zero airflow direct from a fan.  Mostly under the GPU if you have a axial fan GPU.

I prefer a high positive or high negative pressure system as these eliminate hot spots efficiently.  If I were you (and I have a ton of case fans ready for situations just like this) I would get better intake fans with better CFM to dBA ratio, and I would absolutely add the exhaust up top as well (if it were me I would mount my Radiator on top and put a real exhaust fan in the exhaust port as this helps to "bring" airflow over the motherboard and CPU VRMs).  More air movement is better than less air movement.

Adding exhaust wont help with GPU temps. CPU is somewhat normal, though if it has been in use for few years, you could re-seast and reapply thermal paste. Also, if you aren't OCing, you can lower voltages to lower CPU temps.

Case

Since all of the heat from the rest of the components is sucked by the fan and pushed through the radiator

What you could do IF the tube lenght allows you is put it as an intake at the front, so the fan sucks fresh air instead of hot air and cools the liquid instead of warming it

keep the rear fan as an exhaust
