No POST on B450

Hi I have no POST on my new pc I've tested the Graphics card and PSU. 

I've Reset my CMOS and remplaced my CMOS battery. 

I've tried differents cards none worked but worked on the others systems. 

Asus aura seems to work on the rgb strip (full loop of color) and the Motherboard. 

The fans of the gpu stop after a bit (it's a semi passive cooling). 

I've changed the RAMS places didn't work even without ram at all. 

The cpu fan spin and modulate his speed. 

I'm using the box as a test bench like with the others Motherboard that work.

Sounds like you either have a bad mobo or cpu, check the manual for the board and see if it has any debugging LED's that might help narrow down what the issue is
