Headset stopped working after PC restart.

Hey all,

 

So had an odd problem today. Shut down my PC entirely (from the PSU) to do some work on it installing additional storage. Restarted and everything is working just fine, EXCEPT that my headset no longer provides audio output. It wasn't unplugged or touched at all during the process, and it is still recognized by the PC, and static is audible when plugging/unplugging the cable from it. Now it simply won't play any audio. Suggestions on what happened or how to fix it? It's a hyperx cloud alpha, for the record.

Check which audio output you set, volume levels and all that stuff. If everything is set up correctly, try resinstalling the driver?
