Q about the pen for Samsung notebook 9 Pro

I got a Samsung Notebook 9 Pro (I think 2018 model) a bit ago for school so I could draw on the screen. Sadly the Wacom Bamboo feel that would have been compatible with it is discontinued so I don't have many options for a bigger pen than the tiny one included. Right now my best option I'm aware of is getting a Samsung Tab 3 or 4 pen to use. 

 

QUESTION: Does anyone know if the larger pen that comes with the new 2019 model that hasn't come out yet will be compatible with the older models or should I get one of the Tab pens?
