I need help with my first ever build.

I have a list of parts already picked out I just wanted to seek confirmation that I won't run into any compatibility issues or anything like that. I have all my peripherals so I don't need any of that just the main PC components

One more note, I already have a mechanical hard drive and a solid state drive so those aren't included in the list. Here's the list:

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 7 1700 3 GHz 8-Core Processor  ($168.89 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - MasterLiquid ML240L RGB 66.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler  ($59.99 @ B&H)
Motherboard: Gigabyte - B450 AORUS ELITE ATX AM4 Motherboard  ($99.38 @ Amazon)
Memory: G.Skill - Aegis 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory  ($84.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill - Aegis 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory  ($84.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Sapphire - Radeon RX 580 8 GB NITRO+ Video Card  ($239.89 @ OutletPC)
Case: NZXT - H500i (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case  ($99.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($69.89 @ OutletPC)
Total: $908.01

My budget I was aiming around $900-$1100 US

If you have any suggestions feel free and thank you

Generally you want to get one memory kit instead of two. While the two might, and honestly probably will, work together, they also might have strange compatibility issues.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Desktop:

Intel Core i7-11700K | Noctua NH-D15S chromax.black | ASUS ROG Strix Z590-E Gaming WiFi  | 32 GB G.SKILL TridentZ 3200 MHz | ASUS TUF Gaming RTX 3080 | 1TB Samsung 980 Pro M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD | 2TB WD Blue M.2 SATA SSD | Seasonic Focus GX-850 Fractal Design Meshify C Windows 10 Pro

Laptop:

HP Omen 15 | AMD Ryzen 7 5800H | 16 GB 3200 MHz | Nvidia RTX 3060 | 1 TB WD Black PCIe 3.0 SSD | 512 GB Micron PCIe 3.0 SSD | Windows 11

They will have compatibility issues even though they are the same exact kind?

The RAM is overkill. If your just gaming 16GB alone should be enough.

no, they are identical memory sticks, no conflicts to worry about. Probably best to check the mobo's qvl list on the manufacturer's website and get ram from that list so you can be sure it will run properly. As mentioned 32gb is overkill for gaming, 16gb will suffice for the foreseeable future, but may be useful if you do work that uses more than 16gb ram.

I looked at the list of supported ram and it isn't listed but I've seen forums say that it is compatible and will work but I don't know if I should trust that

it may or it may not, the qvl list has been tested and confirmed to operate at their rated spec. But kinda like gsync on freesync panels, it may work just fine

I do quite a lot of video editing that's why I have a 32GB kit

get a 2x16gb kit if you realy need 32gb of ram, save the other 2 slots for later. the aorus elite's VRMs suck, get a B450-a pro/tomahawk or gaming K4 instead.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W
