Rottling sound and pc shuts down

I have corsair h40 and now i changed thermal paste on Gpu and plugged everything back i DIDNT touch cooling and suddenly h40 starts to rottle as fuck and pc shuts down and like this pipe is extremly hot but water block is warm 

 

Edit: i think my h40 died

Fan is spinning and it just starts to rottle.. everything was fine and how to you mean pump?

Your pump which makes the liquid move.  It is built into the CPU block.  Is that spinning or not ?  im not asking about the fan, Im talking about the pump.  Touch it is there vibration figure out if its working out not.  Most probably not and makes the liquid warm and crashes your box.

Yes it vibrates a ton

I changed cooler and now it works and yea most likely my liquid cooling died

Yes, the pump went south.  Sorry for that.  oh well!

Yea i mean i bought it for like 30 dolars used ehat could i expect .. But good news are im going to buy arctic esports 34 duo :c or ll cc 120 idk yet

I have a buddy using the arctic Esports,  No complaints....
