is this going to be enough?

if you buy a 450 you will be limited to little to no upgrades get a 650W (i recommend the EVGA 650W G2)

 

and 450 will limit your overhead for power

not really. My rig pulls only 400 watts from the wall so there's actually lots of room to upgrade and/or power overhead.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

The i9 9900K + 2080 Ti combo uses about 550w~ on peak load, all overclocked, the TX650M was enough to feed it actually.

 

I don't think OP will upgrade to anything more power demanding any time soon, that rig is good for 1080p full eye candy gaming for years to come so I also don't see the need for a beefier PSU.

 

If anything OP already done good enough not to come up with a Seasonic S12II 520W lol
